The processing of Personal Data is based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency in accordance with the provisions of the G.D.P.R.. It is carried out using computer and/or telematic tools and may include any type of operation ( collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction).
In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of employees involved in the organization of the Site (system administrators, sales, administrative, marketing personnel) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies) also appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by the Data Controller may have access to the data. The updated list of Data Processors can be requested from EUROCARTEX S.P.A.
Without prejudice to legal obligations, Personal Data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in this document or the purposes of which the User has been informed. The moment we no longer need them, they will be deleted or securely destroyed.
The User may at any time request the interruption of the Processing or the deletion of the data.

Navigation data

Litigation defense
The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller in legal proceedings or in the stages preparatory to its possible establishment for the defense against abuse in the use of the Site or related services by the User.
The User declares that he/she is aware that the Data Controller may be required to disclose data at the request of public authorities.
Updates and changes to the Privacy Policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, so please consult this page often, taking as reference the date of last modification indicated at the bottom.
In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to the policy, the User is required to cease using this Site and may request the Data Controller to remove his/her Personal Data.
